Privacy Policy

Your Photos

Photos you upload remain yours. Iphodo has no user accounts — your photos and the portraits we generate are tied to your device session, not to a profile, and are stored privately rather than on any public, searchable URL.

By uploading a photo, you grant Iphodo a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, and process it only as needed to generate your portraits and deliver your order. To create your images, we send a temporary copy to OpenAI (a third-party AI service), which retains it only briefly to produce the result. Your photos are stored on our backend platform until you delete them, so we can print and ship your order. We do not make your photos or generated images public, sell them, or use them to train AI models.

Generated portraits — including pose and refinement variations — are held only as short-lived links (about an hour) while you review them; results you don't keep expire automatically. When you keep an image, we re-store it privately and make it available only through a short-lived, order-specific link that you control.

You can delete your photos and your order at any time, which ends this license. Copies may remain briefly in provider caches or backups, or where the law requires, and are removed on their normal expiry.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following information:

• Photos and Images: When you upload photos to generate headshots or graduation portraits.
• Basic User Information: Such as an email address, if you provide one so we can send your order confirmation and updates. Iphodo has no logins or user accounts.
• Order & Payment Information: Shipping details for printed orders, and payment details you enter at checkout (processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers).

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Generate AI-enhanced headshots and graduation images
• Improve app performance and user experience
• Provide customer support

We do not sell your personal data.

Data Storage and Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data. Uploaded images may be temporarily stored to process your requests and deliver results.

Third-Party Services

We share your data only with the providers needed to deliver the service:

• OpenAI — the AI service that generates your portrait from your photo.
• Our backend platform — hosts the app and stores your photos and orders privately.
• Stripe — processes payments for printed orders.

Each of these providers is bound by data-protection terms that provide the same or an equal level of protection for your data. We do not share your photos with any other third party.

Your Rights

You can delete your data yourself at any time — open Account and tap Delete account, which permanently removes every order and image tied to your session. This can't be undone: once deleted, we can no longer generate or deliver any product for you. You can also reach us with any other privacy request.
